Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a Global Category Leader for Media Planning & Buying Services to define and deploy global and regional procurement strategies. Based in Paris or London, you will partner with Global Brand Teams and regional affiliates to drive value, ensure scalable supplier ecosystems, and lead high-value negotiations.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in Procurement, global category leadership experience, and fluent English; MBA is preferred.

Formación

• 8–10+ years in Procurement and global category leadership in media/communication.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare environments is preferred.
• English fluent; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Category Management for Media Planning & Buying Services globally and regionally.
• Lead sourcing strategies with Global Brand Teams, Neuroscience, Corporate Affairs and regional affiliates.
• Balance global consistency with local relevance across markets including North America.
• Negotiate major engagements (>€300k) and craft global framework agreements and contracts.
• Design and deploy scalable supplier ecosystems and SRM frameworks across regions.
• Drive deployment across affiliates and alignment with SSC execution models.
