Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. We’re hiring across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada to grow our community and advocacy footprint.

As the Community & Advocacy Manager, you’ll own day-to-day engagement on Reddit, Trustpilot-like reviews, and forums; grow Alan’s subreddit; and turn passionate members into authentic advocates who speak for Alan. You’ll report to the SEO/GEO Lead and work closely with the Organic Social Media Lead to scale our community-driven strategy

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
• Active in online communities, especially Reddit.
• Exceptional written communication in English; bilingual English/French a plus.
• Strong ability to translate community insights into product/marketing actions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day engagement on Reddit, Trustpilot-like reviews, forums, and DMs.
• Build and run Alan's official community spaces, starting with a dedicated subreddit.
• Identify and nurture advocates among members and creators.
• Run community-first moments (AMAs, Q&As) to engage and reward contributors.
• Share qualitative insights with Product & SEO/GEO teams.
• Utilize AI tools to scale operations while maintaining depth.
