Mars is seeking a Process & CoE PMO Analyst to support the ESO Center of Excellence by improving governance, methodologies, and processes. You will help prepare portfolio insights, performance reporting, and resource planning to enable informed decisions.

Working with the CoE PMO senior team, you will design standard templates, dashboards, and training materials, coordinate across PgMs, and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Knowledge of governance, methodologies, processes and capabilities.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create enterprise-wide standardization of methodologies, templates and reporting structures.
• Coordinate inter-PgMs to manage dependencies and conflicts.
• Monitor risks, escalations and KPIs at enterprise level.
• Prepare periodic reporting for senior management.
