Mars France is seeking a Process & CoE PMO Analyst to support the ESO Center of Excellence by developing governance, methodologies, and dashboards. You will prepare portfolio insights and resource planning to enable informed decisions.

You will collaborate across PgMs, manage interdependencies, monitor risks, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices across the organization. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross‑level collaboration.
• Structured ways of working and proactive ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Design enterprise‑wide methodologies, templates and reporting structures.
• Coordinate across PgMs to manage interdependencies and resources.
• Monitor risks, KPIs and performance, escalating as needed.
• Provide training and coaching on tools, processes and ways of working.
• Support governance, quality assurance and change communications.
