Mars is seeking a Process & CoE Digital Officer to develop and manage the digital ecosystem for PPPM governance, reporting, and knowledge sharing. You will drive automation and improve user experience across SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Teams.

The role partners with process owners, IT, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable digital solutions, maintain documentation, and support AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in digital solutions or CoE environments.
• Experience administering and enhancing business applications (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Apps, AI tools).
• Knowledge of governance, process management, and PPPM principles.
• Certifications such as Power Platform or Project Management are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, administer, and continuously improve the CoE's digital ecosystem (collaboration, governance, reporting, knowledge management).
• Configure, maintain, and enhance digital tools, workflows, forms, and automation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for PPPM performance.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance of digital content and documentation.
• Manage digital solutions supporting governance activities (meetings, decision workflows, repositories, tracking).
• Support AI-enabled capabilities to boost productivity and decision support.
• Collaborate with process owners, PMO, IT, and stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
