Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role within regulated environments (pharma/biotech).
• Strong client-facing and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality support remotely and on site.
• Travel up to 50% to customer locations across Europe, the Maghreb, and Turkey to support installations, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and collaboration.
• Support audits, client visits, and technical discussions as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations while ensuring GMP compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams.
