Lush is seeking a Global Bring It Back Coordinator (internal only) to drive growth, compliance and data integrity for the Bring it Back scheme across Europe. This 18-month fixed-term role combines scheme coordination with improvement projects to support market launches and streamline reporting.

You will partner with markets, deliver monthly reporting, and help scale returns while aligning with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with ability to run multiple workstreams
• Detail-oriented and able to supervise projects from brief to completion
• Willing to learn BI and impact data tools and collaborate with data teams

Responsabilités

• Coordinate global scheme growth and coordination across markets
• Own data, reporting and insights for the Bring it Back program
• Support regulatory and logistics initiatives and improve packaging guides
