Responsibilities

Support end-to-end development of Home, Bath & Body products from ideation to industrialization.
Coordinate packaging development processes with suppliers and operations teams.
Assist in drafting product specifications and regulatory documents.
Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines for launches, photoshoots, and retailer presentations.
Support cross-functional communication with Marketing, Procurement, R&D, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
