blackcrows is looking for a B2B Customer Service Manager to oversee operations across France and the U.S. This role focuses on customer satisfaction and the order-to-cash process.

You will lead a small team and manage approximately 250 clients in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have a master's degree in supply chain or logistics, be bilingual in English and French, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

The position is based in Paris with a CDI contract starting at the end of August.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree, ideally in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong professional expertise in operations and customer service.
• Ability to collaborate effectively both internally and with external partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead the customer service team.
• Monitor delivery timelines for B2B orders.
• Optimize the Order-to-Cash cycle.
