Job summary

Mistral is seeking an experienced Logistics Lead to own deployment logistics and site readiness for a growing AI hardware program. You will coordinate inbound and outbound movements of accelerator servers, racks, and tooling across multiple sites, ensuring on‑time delivery and secure handling.

You will build inventory controls, manage spare parts policies, and oversee third‑party providers while aligning with IT Operations and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain or inventory management.
• Experience coordinating high‑value equipment shipments.
• Strong inventory controls and reverse logistics knowledge.
• Professional English and willingness to travel.
• Ability to engage cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound/outbound movements for hardware across sites.
• Translate schedules into shipment plans and allocations.
• Coordinate with site teams on loading, routes, and storage.
• Manage reverse logistics and end‑of‑life assets.
• Oversee supplier performance and cost control.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in operations.
