• Technical background in engineering, mechanics, or automotive technology (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
• Solid knowledge of thermal management, A/C systems, and engine mechanics; workshop experience is a plus.
• Fluent French and professional English; German appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Handle and resolve technical complaints with clear customer communication.
• Provide expert hotline support and guided troubleshooting across the product portfolio.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, bulletins, and internal materials.
• Prepare and deliver technical trainings in person, online, and via digital platforms.
• Support European projects focused on digitalization, e-learning, and service innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor KPIs, share insights, and improve processes.
