Job summary

Quest Global in France is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain and Production Planning professional to ensure aero-engine parts meet delivery schedules. You will support OEM sites and suppliers, monitor MRP, coordinate production plans, and manage non-conformances.

The role requires knowledge of manufacturing processes, experience with SAP/ERP, familiarity with ISO/AS standards, and the ability to travel. A driving licence is required and willingness to travel is stated.

Qualifications

Experience in Aerospace or Rail industries.
Ability to read engineering drawings including GD&T.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems and quality standards.
Willingness to travel and drive license.
Familiarity with Lean methods and problem-solving.
Knowledge of part qualification requirements (PPAP/FAI/RCCA).
Experience in supply chain management, production planning, and quality.
Strong collaboration with engineers, buyers and program management.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management and Production Planning support for OEM sites and suppliers within France.
Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP, and non-conformances against delivery dates.
Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analyses, and develop mitigation plans.
Develop positive relationships with engineers, buyers, and program management at OEM and supplier levels.
Conduct part transition planning, execution, and verification.
Document, summarize, and write reports per requirements.
Develop/enhance work instructions to implement best practices and ensure repeatability.
