TLD, a French company and part of the Alvest Group, is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE). We design, assemble, distribute and service equipment used in airports worldwide.

Reporting to the European Sales Director, you will manage European customer relationships, promote sustainable technologies and coordinate tailored tenders. This role requires travel up to 75% and training at European factories (France, Belgium, UK).

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MSc with relevant field or proven experience.
• Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
• Experience in GSE, construction machinery or agricultural equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage European customer relationships and build long-term partnerships.
• Promote sustainable and advanced technologies to meet customer needs and anticipate market trends.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize tailored proposals, particularly for tenders.
• Oversee client projects from initial contact to delivery, including payments and after-sales coordination with factories and service teams.
• Organize customer visits to production sites and support equipment commissioning to demonstrate expertise.
• Conduct strategic market intelligence by monitoring industry trends and competitors.
• Drive revenue and profitability targets across the client portfolio.
