Tavrion Dynamics in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver AI-powered advertising solutions. You will engage prospects through inbound and outbound efforts, qualify leads, and work closely with internal teams to onboard new clients.

You must be fluent in German and English, have 2–3 years in B2B sales, and be comfortable with cold calling. This full-time role offers a base salary of €30,000 plus a performance bonus and relocation

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
• Experience in B2B sales, pre-sales or lead qualification.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets in a sales role.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound activities, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and propose AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and track interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
