Atlantica Realty Development Corp. is seeking a Geodetic Engineer to lead geodetic site works and research for housing and land development. You will review surveys, prepare plans for planning and permits, and conduct land development surveys including monumenting and control point establishment.

You will collaborate with construction management heads, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure adherence to plans and quality standards across projects.

JOB SUMMARY The position is responsible for the overall geodetic site works and research works for housing units and land development works. The position is responsible for the checking and correction, review, and revision of new and existing geodetic surveys and plans prior to approval JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works closely with the Construction Management Head and Project Development Head to achieve objectives, targets, and strategies for the planning, design, and execution of housing units and land development works in relation to proposed or approved projects or activities needed to carry out the established company-wide projects and goals. Preparation of technical description, lot data computations, and verified survey returns according to the department head's instructions Research survey data, verification of titles, and other studies related to the practice of geodetic engineering according to the department head's instructions. Prepare geodetic and surveying plans and documents for planning & design references, construction, bid documents, and permit purposes. Conducts land development surveys such as relocation, original, re-survey, verification surveys, layout, and monumenting of lots Carry out engineering surveys such as establishment and verification of geodetic and project control points, vertical control, differential leveling, permanent works and as-built survey, setting-out and verification of references and elevations. Inspection of permanent works and quality control in adherence to approved plans and specifications Conducts engineering-related studies, including feasibility and comparative studies. Create geodetic engineering-related reports and paperwork and facilitate the plotting and blueprinting of survey and geodetic plans. Attends to and negotiates revisions, changes, and additions to housing units and land development works contractual agreements with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors. Confer with site engineers, unit heads, and contractors involved in discussing and resolving matters with regard to geodetic works and design issues. Attend to concerns of site engineers/supervisors and contractors’ subcontractors regarding the implementation and/or changes in the approved plans and specifications of housing units and land development works designs. Strictly observe the company’s rules and guidelines for planning and design. Properly sign all documents required in the application of all related documents required in the initial stage of the development of the subdivision and in the closing of the project. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Fresh board passer without experience is welcome to apply Experience in real estate or property development projects, particularly in housing and subdivision developments, is an advantage. CAD proficient and adept in Civil 3D Knowledgeable in operating Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Candidates should possess strong skills in land surveying and surveying, including field data collection, boundary determination, and topographic surveys. Candidates should possess proficiency in operating Total Station, RTK, and related survey instruments, including data downloading, calibration, and equipment maintenance. Candidates should possess capabilities in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), including spatial data management, mapping, and integration of survey data into geospatial platforms. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in civil engineering principles relevant to site development, infrastructure layout, and construction coordination. Bachelor’s degree and professional license in geodetic engineering Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret engineering plans and legal property documents. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and engage with external partners and government agencies.
