Atlantica Realty Development Corp. is seeking a Geodetic Engineer to lead geodetic site works and research for housing and land development. You will review surveys, prepare plans for planning and permits, and conduct land development surveys including monumenting and control point establishment.
You will collaborate with construction management heads, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure adherence to plans and quality standards across projects.
Qualifications
- Fresh board passer welcome to apply.
- Experience in real estate or property development is an advantage.
- Proficient in CAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong skills in land surveying and GIS.
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and legal documents.
Responsabilités
- Oversee geodetic site works and research for housing and land development.
- Prepare survey plans and documents for planning and permit purposes.
- Conduct land development surveys: relocation, re-survey, monumenting.
- Coordinate with construction management and project development heads.
