United Airlines is seeking a qualified Airport Operations professional to manage day-to-day performance at an international outstation in France. You will drive operational integrity, safety and cost controls while coordinating with ground handling agents and authorities (TSA/FAA) to ensure smooth service for customers and partners.

Responsible for day to day operational, financial and personnel performance of assigned international outstation.Establishes or implements goals and standards to maintain and control operational integrity, service levels, costs, and safety requirements.This includes host government specific security checkpoint and baggage screening requirements in accordance with U.S. TSA security directives, mandates and GSC responsibilities.Monitors performance against plans and initiates corrective actions to improve results.Determines and justifies equipment, facilities, staffing, and training needs to achieve station operational goals. Participates as team member to headquarters support organizations, as well as other United operating departments in administering their responsibilities. Coordinates and provides functional guidance and supervision of contracted ground handling agents.Represents airport activities to host government federal, state, and local airport authority agencies along with TSA international field offices, U.S. aviation security representatives and FAA.
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
United Airlines is committed to fair and gender-neutral pay. The base salary range for this role is €3,957.05-€5,539.88. Placement within this range is determined by objective criteria, including professional experience, qualifications, and specific skills.

Unless subject to a collective bargaining agreement in the country to which an employee is being transferred; the employee retains their original date of employment and company seniority in the new country. Upon transfer, the employee is removed from payroll and benefits in former country and appropriately placed in the salary range and payroll / benefits systems of the new country.
Human Resources will assist with the terms and conditions of employment in light of labor agreements, collective agreements, country work rules and labor laws. In the new country, the employee is reinstated using the same employee id, date of employment and company seniority dates.
