Job summary

Kabiten is seeking a Team Leader to manage on-site operations on industrial painting and high-pressure water jetting projects in France and internationally. You will lead and motivate on-site teams, allocate tasks, and ensure safe, compliant execution while reporting progress to management.

Travel internationally is essential, and a valid category B driving licence is required. English proficiency is an advantage as projects are international and with diverse teams.

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities: Lead and supervise an on-site team under the direction of the Site Manager.

Ensure the proper execution of work, compliance with safety procedures and achievement of daily objectives.

Profile: Experienced field professional with the ability to lead and motivate a team and report accurately on-site progress.

Safety / HSE: A strong safety culture and knowledge of HSE requirements are essential.

Your responsibilities
