Job summary

Your responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will be the main on-site point of contact, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of operations:

• Prepare, organise and manage site operations
• Supervise on-site teams, including team leaders and operators
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
• Monitor project progress in terms of deadlines, quality and costs
• Manage client relations on site
• Oversee equipment, material supplies and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit site progress reports

Your profile

• Proven experience in site management, ideally in industrial painting, anti-corrosion or industrial environments
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices
• Ability to lead teams, organise operations and make decisions
• Self-motivated, thorough and responsible
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally is essential
• Valid Category B driving licence required
• Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage
