Job summary

Ingenierie Alpine recherche un chef de chantier / supervisor travaux pour notre agence de Chamonix. Poste en CDI, temps plein, basé à Chamonix-Mont-Blanc avec déplacements occasionnels.

Profil recherché: ingénieur type ESTP ou équivalent, 5 ans d’expérience minimum, maîtrise des outils bureautiques et excellentes capacités d’analyse et de rédaction. Permis de conduire requis.

Qualifications

• Formation: ESTP ou équivalent; DUT/BTS possible.
• Expérience minimale de 5 ans dans le secteur du bâtiment.
• Permis de conduire requis.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser les procédures d’ouverture de chantier et les périodes préparatoires.
• Planifier les tâches préparatoires et d’exécution.
• Animer les réunions hebdomadaires et préparer les rapports.
• Coordonner les intervenants (client, maîtrise d’ouvrage, entrepreneurs).
• Suivre la mise en œuvre et l’achèvement des travaux.
• Garantir les délais et les coûts.
• Valider les rapports d’avancement mensuels.
• Organiser les procédures d’acceptation et suivre les réserves.
• Clôturer les comptes.

WHO WE ARE

We are a general engineering consultancy on a human scale based in CHAMONIX. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a works supervisor to strengthen our team.

MISSION :

• Carrying out site opening procedures and preparatory periods.
• Planning preparatory and execution tasks.
• Organising weekly site meetings and preparing reports.
• Coordinating all those involved in the project (client, project management team, contractors, etc.).
• Monitoring the implementation and completion of the works.
• Guaranteeing completion deadlines and costs.
• Validating monthly work progress reports.
• Organising acceptance procedures and monitoring reservations.
• Closing accounts.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

• Location: Chamonix Mont Blanc (Haute-Savoie) with possible occasional travel.
• Type of contract / working hours: Permanent full-time contract
• Start date: to be defined

Profil

Training:

• ESTP engineer type or equivalent.
• DUT Civil Engineering / BTS Building.

Desired experience: 5 years minimum.

Skills required:

• Perfect technical and implementation knowledge (in the act of building).
• Ability to analyse, summarise and be thorough.
• Office automation tools (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).
• Good writing and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, autonomy and responsiveness.
• Ability to prioritise and manage several projects simultaneously.

Driving licence required.
