Job summary

Yubo is looking for a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition and paid media across multiple markets. You’ll own channels, run end-to-end campaigns, optimize creative tests, and partner with Product and Data to improve funnels.

You’ll be comfortable moving fast in a scaling environment and translating learnings into action. You’ll collaborate with Creative, Product and Marketing, manage a sizable budget, apply AI tools and analytics to lift ROAS, and help shape growth strategy for Gen Z.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing or user acquisition for a B2C app.
• Genuine affinity with Gen Z culture.
• Exposure to US market through studies or product marketing.
• Scaled growth investment on a major social media platform and can read results.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to identify what works and explain why.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a large performance marketing budget across key acquisition channels, programmatic networks & emerging platforms. Scale acquisition and reactivation across multiple countries.
• Improve media buying, targeting, and creative to boost ROAS, using incrementality tests and attribution models.
• Help deploy automation and AI tools.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, produce and scale creative concepts that resonate with Gen Z.
• Grow multi-channel strategy combining paid and brand marketing to drive organic, viral and referral loops.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to optimize funnels and build dashboards and A/B testing processes.
