Spiko is hiring an Onboarding & KYC Specialist to own end-to-end investor onboarding across European markets with differing regulatory frameworks. You will balance the client experience with strict compliance, applying KYC policies rigorously while using AI to streamline verification workflows.

You will be part of the Customer Success team, working closely with Compliance to execute processes at scale. Hybrid work in Paris, with competitive compensation and strong equity options.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, KYC operations, or client-facing compliance roles (1–3 years).
• Ability to review corporate documents, identity docs, and source of funds.
• Willingness to navigate multiple European jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.

Responsabilités

• Lead investor onboarding and KYC execution across European markets.
• Review and approve investor documents, verify bank accounts, and monitor due diligence.
• Collaborate with Compliance to handle escalations and ensure risk-controlled onboarding.
