Alan is hiring across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada to build the next generation of AI-assisted customer service for 1M+ members. You will help design the human-AI interaction layer, routing decisions, and contextualized replies, while ensuring quality and scale.

You will work with a modern stack (React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL) and own delivery end-to-end in a collaborative environment that values in-person teamwork alongside remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building scalable software systems.
• Full-stack experience (backend and frontend).
• Experience with React, Python/Flask and PostgreSQL is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build infrastructure, interfaces, and applications for members, health professionals, and internal use.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with ownership and collaboration.
• Partner with product and care teams to ship high-quality software.
