GANNI is hiring a full-time Client Advisor in Paris to represent the brand and deliver exceptional service in our Rue François 1er location. You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with the team to connect with clients and express the GANNI spirit.

You will drive styling sessions, foster client relationships, and work toward KPI targets while ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects Parisian energy and the GANNI vibe.

Qualifications

• Background in fashion retail or similar for 2+ years.
• Strong clienteling and sales skills.
• Omnichannel/omnicommerce understanding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional, personalized client experiences.
• Deliver inspiring styling sessions to clients.
• Foster client outreach to drive store footfall.
• Aim to meet KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will take part in driving the store’s success by combining creativity with a strong sense of responsibility and results. Together with your team, you will work to achieve goals, deliver exceptional service, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects both the GANNI spirit and the energy of Paris.

Must Have Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience working with clients and a proven ability to deliver outstanding service and a superior customer experience.

• Ensure exceptional and personalized client experiences
• Deliver inspiring and tailored styling sessions
• Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store
• Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
• Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
• Secure all sales
• Maintain VM guidelines
• Stock management in all aspects

Professional Qualifications

• Background within a similar industry for at least 2 years
• Experience with sales and working within a results-driven and goal-oriented environment.
• Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in French & English
