Alan is seeking an experienced software engineer to help build the infrastructure, interfaces and apps delivering high‑quality service to members and health professionals. You will work on Hopper orchestration, AI‑native tooling, and autonomous testing infrastructure while enabling cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, elegant API/UI design and a strong developer experience mindset, with remote‑friendly working options in France, Belgium or Spain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Experience building internal platforms, frameworks, CLIs or libraries that improve developer workflows.
• Experience with LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks or AI‑assisted coding tools is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Python and front‑end frameworks such as React.
• Strong sense of developer experience and ability to design intuitive APIs and UIs.
• Fluency in English.
• Legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium or Spain.

Responsabilités

• Build Hopper – orchestration for background coding agents and a web dashboard for builders.
• Develop AI‑native engineering enablement tools and agent workflows.
• Create autonomous testing infrastructure with self‑validating agents.
• Provide sandboxed development environments to simplify local setups.
• Improve CI/CD, quality guardrails, automated checks and PR reviews.
• Develop non-engineer contribution tooling for Designers, PMs and Ops.
