Firstunion in Paris seeks an on-site customer support specialist to provide daily warehouse-based assistance, ensure merchandising and promotions are in place, and support frontline sales. This role involves close collaboration with wholesale partners to secure execution and satisfaction.

You will visit wholesalers, maintain long-term partnerships, and respond promptly to feedback, coordinating with internal teams to resolve product, logistics, or sales issues while delivering product knowledge

Qualifications

• Valid French Driving Licence required for territory travel and warehouse visits.
• Valid visa to work in France.
• Experience in retail management, wholesale channel management or market support.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customer relationship management expertise.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site emergencies independently.
• High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure on the frontline market.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily on-site support at wholesale partner warehouses, ensuring product merchandising and promotional execution are in place.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, maintain long-term partnerships, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and coordinate internal resources to resolve product, logistics, or sales issues.
• Monitor market dynamics and analyze competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategy.
• Optimize customer inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and full SKU coverage.
• Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to wholesalers and retailers to enhance frontline sales capability.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to increase market share and sales performance.
