You will contribute to cutting‑edge NLP deployments, mentor technical talent, and collaborate across product teams to meet stringent regulatory requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in AI, ML, CS or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver complex AI projects.
• Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI solutions into production for high-impact use cases.
• Develop GenAI apps tailored to sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams on advanced fine‑tuning and NLP deployments.
• Contribute to open-source codebases for inference and fine‑tuning.
