Job summary

The Social Hub in Paris is seeking a Night Front Office Host to keep the lobby calm and welcoming during late-night hours. You will check guests in, handle payments, and ensure a safe, smooth night operation.

You’ll greet late arrivals, coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance, and hand over insights to the day team. Fluency in English and French, plus 1–3 years in hospitality, are ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Calm, friendly presence that makes guests feel safe at night.
• Comfortable working night shifts on a regular schedule.
• Proactive, reliable and good at solving things independently.
• Team player who gives clear handovers and supports smooth operations.
• Clear communication in English and French.

• Keep the lobby clean, organized and comfortable throughout the night.
• Support guests with questions, special requests and unexpected issues.
• Monitor the building and flag anything unusual or urgent.
• Prepare morning handovers and share guest insights with the day team.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance when needed.
• Promote The Social Hub spaces and experiences when relevant.
