MAHLE is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead technical support for the French market, ensuring expert assistance, high-quality documentation, and continuous improvement of aftermarket services.

You will handle technical complaints, provide hotline support, create documentation, deliver trainings, and collaborate on digitalization and service innovation in a dynamic, hybrid environment. Fluent French and English are required; German is appreciated.

Qualifications

Technical background (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in engineering, mechanics, or automotive technology.
Solid knowledge of thermal management, A/C systems, and engine mechanics; workshop experience is a plus.
Strong command of MS Office; SAP and digital training tools are an advantage.

Responsabilités

Handle and resolve technical complaints while ensuring clear communication with customers.
Provide expert hotline support and guided troubleshooting across our product portfolio.
Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, bulletins, and internal materials.
Prepare and deliver technical trainings in person, online, and through digital platforms.
Support European projects focused on digitalization, e‑learning, and service innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor KPIs, share insights, and improve processes.
