Zusammenfassung

Adform in Paris is expanding its Paris team and seeks a Technical Account Manager to blend technical know-how with a commercial mindset, serving agencies, direct clients, publishers and tech partners across the digital/programmatic stack.

You will own a portfolio in France and French-speaking Belgium, drive revenue through account plans, onboarding through renewal, and lead trainings, QBRs, and upsell opportunities while coordinating with local and global Adform teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 2 years in account management or consultancy in AdTech/MarTech.
• Native-level French and good English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of ad serving, DSPs, DMPs or SSPs and programmatic ecosystem.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset; able to grow accounts.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and run workshops.
• Independent operator with client-centric focus.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of clients in France and Belgium, owning account plans and profitability.
• Act as a consultative technical advisor and drive account growth with Adform products.
• Lead the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal with kick-offs and trainings.
• Review campaign performance and data with internal experts to identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead trainings, workshops and QBRs; present adoption and value to clients.
• Negotiate rates and contracts; manage pricing, invoicing, renewals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Handle feedback, incidents and escalations; contribute to product roadmap.
• Track market trends and product updates with country leads.
