Job summary

Adform in Paris is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to blend technical know-how with commercial acumen. You will manage a portfolio of clients in France and French-speaking Belgium, guiding onboarding, optimization, and upsell opportunities across the full client lifecycle.

You will collaborate with local and global teams to drive revenue growth and customer success, owning account plans, pricing discussions, and strategic product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or 2+ years in account management or consultancy in AdTech/MarTech/media/agency.
• Native-level French and proficient English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of ad serving, DSPs, DMPs or SSPs and the programmatic ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of clients in France and Belgium, with account plans, revenue targets and profitability.
• Act as a consultative tech advisor and drive account growth with Adform products.
• Lead onboarding, renewals, and client success activities including onboarding plans and product trainings.
• Review campaigns and data with internal experts to improve results and upsell opportunities.
• Lead trainings, workshops, and QBRs to demonstrate product adoption and value.
