Hostaway is seeking a Technical Support Level 1 Specialist to support our European customer base, with emphasis on French and English speaking markets. You will develop deep knowledge of our B2B SaaS products and assist customers to maximize platform value.

This fully remote role requires C2-level French and English, and you will work primarily with customers in both languages via phone, chat, and email. You must be prepared for CET work hours and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or SaaS support.
• Proficient in French and English at C2 level.
• Willingness to work shifts (9 AM–6 PM CET).

Responsabilités

• Provide support via phone, chat, and email with timely responses.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot SaaS platform issues, including config and integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Development and QA to resolve complex issues.
• Document inquiries and resolutions in the support system.
• Contribute to knowledge base and training materials.
