Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Solutions Consultant to join their European client-support team in Bulgaria. You will provide top-notch French-language support across channels, analyze complex queries, and document interactions for internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within an international office.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate employment in the EU.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking clients via multiple channels.
• Analyze complex customer queries to deliver effective, timely solutions in the customer support sector.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions to ensure accurate internal reporting.
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction metrics.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive experience for every user in the French-speaking market.
