Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Solutions Consultant to join our on-site team in Bulgaria. This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking clients and collaborating with international teams to improve service delivery.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent in French with strong English, hold a valid EU passport, and have proven experience in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate in our international office.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate employment in the EU.
• Prior experience in customer-facing or support-oriented roles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking clients via multiple channels.
• Analyze complex customer queries to deliver effective, timely solutions in customer support services.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions to ensure accurate internal reporting.
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive experience for every user in the French-speaking market.
• Continuously develop product and service knowledge to address evolving customer needs.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management per company protocols to maintain quality.
