Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our international client-support team in Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking clients, analyze complex queries, and ensure accurate case documentation across channels.

You will collaborate with global colleagues, act as a brand ambassador, and continuously expand product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international office.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless employment in the European Union.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering elite customer support services.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or support-oriented role is considered a significant asset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.
