Job summary

Payhawk in Paris is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Solutions Engineering team. You will partner with GTM teams as an accounting systems expert to win new customer revenue and expand existing customers.

You’ll understand business requirements and deliver personalised live demos, tailoring Payhawk capabilities to use cases and feeding feedback to product management. You’ll contribute to RFI/RFP responses, design implementation strategies, and collaborate with sales,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an ERP implementation or finance role.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
• Experience in both pre-sales and implementation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Native French speaker.
• Ability to build relationships with potential customers and understand environments to introduce solutions.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in Payhawk feature functionality and application.
• Respond to RFI/RFP and technical questions.
• Deliver personalised live product demonstrations, including integration demos and complex use cases.
• Design, validate and document product configuration and implementation strategy for prospects.
• Provide accounting and accounting system expertise.
• Partner with Sales to enable and provide accounting context to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with local marketing for events and content reviews.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product, engineering and success teams to influence roadmap.
