WW Talents is seeking a French-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team. The role is remote from Greece, with a relocation package and full training provided.

You will handle customer inquiries in French via phone, chat, and email, assisting with orders, returns, and product questions. The position offers a fully remote working model in Greece, with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, and onboarding in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level French language skills.
• English B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in French.
• Communicate with customers via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Handle customer service inquiries and product-related questions.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
