WW Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in a remote role based in Greece (Athens/Piraeus). You will handle inbound French inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and assist with orders, deliveries, and returns.

Relocation to Greece is provided with full support; training is fully paid and onboarding is structured. The role offers rotational shifts, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day in a remote Greek work environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level French language required.
• English B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Problem-solving oriented and able to work in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in French.
• Communicate with customers via inbound channels (phone, chat, email).
• Handle inquiries and product-related questions.
• Assist with purchases, orders, deliveries, returns and cancellations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while following processes and quality standards.
