WW Talents is seeking a French-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team and provide high-quality customer service for a leading company. The role is remote-only within Greece, with full relocation support and a structured onboarding process.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries in French via phone, chat, and email, guiding customers through purchases, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations, and upholding service quality standards in a fast-paced international

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level French language skills.
• English B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and customer support mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in French.
• Communicate with customers via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Handle customer service inquiries and product-related questions.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
