You will join an international team with rotating shifts, full remote work within Greece, and opportunities to build experience in customer support, sales support, and international operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level French required.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in French via phone, chat, and email.
• Communicate with customers using inbound channels and resolve inquiries.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions, orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Handle product-related questions and provide solutions.
• Follow established processes and quality standards to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach.
• Escalate issues when necessary and document interactions.
