Job summary

Maersk is seeking a People Operations Advisor who will act as the first point of contact for employees in France, resolving HR queries with a focus on delivering an outstanding employee experience. You will work across APMM brands and support onboarding and offboarding processes, while leveraging Workday and HR portals to drive efficiency.

The role requires fluency in English and French, strong communication, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or similar is a strong plus.
• Experience in an HR role or customer-facing service role is beneficial.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR-related queries to conclusion for employees and managers in France.
• Communicate via HR case management, phone, email, and live chat.
• Guide users in self-service using Workday and other HR systems.
• Promote use of the HR Portal and HR knowledge content.
• Ensure data quality and perform transactions in HR systems.
• Collaborate with People Partners and specialists on complex queries.
• Prepare and handle HR documentation for processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support simplification and standardization of HR processes.
• Aim for high employee satisfaction, accuracy and timely responses.
