Ogury is seeking a skilled Employee Relations professional to join our Paris team. You will navigate French labor law, oversee social dialogue, and ensure HR practices stay compliant while supporting our global operations.

Based in Paris with a hybrid model, you will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, prepare essential social reports, and coordinate with external counsel to uphold Ogury's standards across locations. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Labor Law (Droit Social) or equivalent.
Strong command of the Code du Travail and recent reforms.
Analytical rigor with data tracking and regulatory datasets.
Strategic mindset for labor relations as a competitive advantage.
Fluent French and English for legal drafting and communication.

Responsabilités

Oversee social dialogue administration (CSE meetings, unions, local negotiations) with a strategic advisor mindset.
Ensure HR practices comply with French labor law and collective agreements; conduct legal research.
Prepare mandatory social reports (BDESE, gender equality index, etc.).
Monitor legal developments and alert leadership on changes impacting the business.
Coordinate with external counsel for subsidiary locations to maintain consistent standards.
Own the data: manage complex datasets and deliver insights for strategic HR decisions.
