EcoVadis is seeking a People Operations Senior Associate based in Paris to join the regional HR team. You will blend legal compliance with agile, employee-centered operations, supporting France and the wider Southern Europe region as needed.

Key focus areas include French labor relations, CSE coordination, onboarding, payroll input, benefits administration, and data integrity in Workday. The role requires strong French employment law knowledge and an AI-driven mindset for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in employee relations, HR generalist with labor focus in France.
• Direct experience coordinating French Works Councils (CSE) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Code du Travail and bargaining agreements; DUERP familiarity.
• Legal background welcome for transition to operational HR.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers across France to anticipate people challenges and guide people strategies.
• Lead disciplinary processes, grievances, and internal investigations with rigor.
• Champion employee experience and high-touch advocacy in France.
• Coordinate health and safety governance, leaves, and benefits with HR leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll input, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Ensure data integrity in Workday and compliance with French labor standards.
