Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French & English Customer Support Specialist focused on Social Media & AI Safety. You will evaluate and annotate content for a Generative AI platform, ensuring safety, quality, and user-friendly AI interactions.

The role is on-site in Lisbon with 24/7 rotational shifts and relocation support. Fluency in French and strong English (B2+), plus comfort with AI tools, are essential.

French & English Customer Support Specialist – Social Media & AI Safety

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7 operations, Monday to Sunday, 2 rotational days off per week)

About the Role

Are you fluent in French, proficient in English, and passionate about the cutting edge of technology? Step into an exciting role in vibrant Lisbon supporting a major Social Media Generative AI (LLM) project focused on content safety and quality.

Working on-site in a dynamic, multicultural environment, you will evaluate, annotate, and review content to ensure AI systems remain safe, reliable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Evaluation & Safety: Review and evaluate French-language content for a high-profile Social Media LLM (Generative AI) platform.

• AI Data Annotation: Perform data labeling, content safety checks, and qualitative feedback on AI model outputs.

• Decision-Making: Make quick, accurate, and pragmatic decisions based on clear project guidelines and safety standards.

• Shift Operations: Work flexibly within a 24/7 rotational shift pattern to support round-the-clock operations.

Requirements

• Languages: Native-level French proficiency with excellent written communication skills, plus strong English skills (B2 level required; B2+/C1 preferred).

• AI & Tech Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of Generative AI platforms; prior experience in AI data annotation and evaluation platforms is a strong plus.

• Analytical Mindset: Pragmatic problem-solver capable of executing fast and precise evaluations.

• Availability: Full flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts and no planned vacations or leave during the first six months.

• Assessment: Successful completion of a mandatory SHL online assessment during the hiring process.
