Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French & English Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon to support a Social Media Generative AI project focused on content safety and quality. On-site role with a 24/7 rotational schedule, you will evaluate French-language content, annotate data, and provide feedback to keep AI systems safe and user-friendly.

Fluency in French and strong English, along with an analytical mindset, are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French with excellent written French.
• Strong English (B2+); written and verbal communication.
• Able to analyze content and provide feedback quickly.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate French-language content for a Social Media LLM (Generative AI) platform.
• Annotate and provide qualitative feedback on AI model outputs.
• Make quick, pragmatic decisions based on guidelines and safety standards.
• Support round-the-clock operations in a 24/7 shift pattern.
