Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist to review digital content and AI outputs, ensuring safety and accuracy. You will assess quality against guidelines, apply criteria consistently, and use AI evaluation platforms in daily tasks.

The role requires native-level French and strong written communication, plus English at B2 or higher. You should be tech-savvy, decisive, and comfortable with rapid decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI annotation and evaluation platforms; previous AI data annotation experience.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts and no planned holidays for the next six months.
• Completion of a mandatory SHL assessment.

About the Role

We are hiring a French-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist to review digital content and AI-generated outputs, helping ensure safety, accuracy and compliance. The role is suited to candidates with excellent written French, confidence using digital tools and an interest in generative AI.

• Experience with AI annotation and evaluation platforms; previous AI data annotation experience.

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations; two rotating days off.

Relocation

Relocation support provided. Shared accommodation may be available for up to 12 months; utilities are included and €280 per month is deducted from salary.

Benefits

€7.63 net meal allowance per working day. A mandatory SHL assessment is required.
