Cross Border Talents is seeking a French & English Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will support a Social Media Generative AI project, evaluating and annotating content to ensure safety and quality.

Fluency in French and strong English (B2/B2+), plus an analytical mindset, are essential. You will work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with rotational shifts and mandatory SHL assessment.
