Axiōma Search in Paris invites an Implementation Strategist to close the gap between AI demos and real enterprise deployments. You will embed with one customer at a time, spending roughly two days on-site, while the rest of your time goes into hands-on implementation and integration with our platform.

You’ll architect data pipelines, APIs, and workflows, align with product and engineering, and iterate quickly based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong computer science or engineering foundation with production code experience.
• Experience shipping software that real users depend on.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations, RAG or agentic workflows.
• Fluency in a backend language such as Python, Go, Node.js or Java.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, databases and external systems.
• Confidence working directly with enterprise customers under short deadlines.
• Working French and English, plus regular availability for customer sites in Paris.

About

AI agents often work cleanly in demos and fall apart when they meet a customer’s real systems, data and constraints. Your job is to close that gap: identify an important multi-step workflow, integrate the necessary tools and ship something that proves value quickly.

You’ll join a VC-backed frontier AI start-up building agents that navigate software and complete enterprise workflows. The business is moving quickly into large organisations, and this team turns field deployments into improvements that the wider product can reuse.

You’ll embed with one customer at a time and spend around two days each week on-site. An Implementation Strategist handles much of the project management and stakeholder coordination, leaving this role approximately 80% hands‑on and technical.

Optional Bonus
