Photoroom is seeking a freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across the business in Paris. The 3–4 month mission requires 4–5 days per week on-site, with potential renewal.

You will run searches across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering, maintaining 5–7 live roles and partnering closely with leaders and the Talent & People team. The role emphasizes sourcing, candidate experience, and bringing AI-native improvements to our recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive sourcing with diverse candidate pools.
• Hands-on with automation and ATS workflows.
• Comfort with AI-enabled recruitment tools.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions from kickoff to offer.
• Manage 5–7 live roles at a time.
• Balance outbound sourcing with inbound applications.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and selection.
