Qonto is seeking a Fraud Analyst for the France market, based in Paris. You will detect and prevent fraud to protect customers and the company, joining a dedicated Fraud team of about 7. You report to the Senior Team Lead Fraud and help secure Qonto's payments and onboarding processes.

You will leverage an AI-enabled toolkit, handle sensitive customer interactions, and collaborate with Risk and Security to strengthen detection and scale fraud prevention across Europe.

Formación

• Experience handling complex fraud or AML cases at senior level.
• Evidence-based and creative thinking to detect patterns and solve cases.
• Confident communication with customers and counterparties in sensitive situations.
• Fluency in English and French; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools to improve work.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor transactions to detect fraud patterns, focusing on scams and account takeovers.
• Independently investigate complex fraud cases and implement preventive measures across products.
• Run risk assessments on new products and features to keep onboarding robust.
• Own medium-scale fraud projects end-to-end, aligned with Lead objectives.
• Collaborate with Risk and Security teams to strengthen detection.
